The Motorbike Movers, Terms & Conditions of Business

1. Quotation:
Charges are made on a case-by-case basis, any quotation can be
considered valid up to 30 days from the quotation date, after
that time "The Motorbike Movers" retains the option
of changing any quotation value.
The Motorbike Movers, work on a first come first serve principle,
any particular quotation in based around a particular date of
availability. A booking is only confirmed on a down payment as
other clientele may require transporting on the same date, and
the first to pay the downpayment, becomes the first to reserve
that particular date.
2. Payment:
Once a price has been agreed, modification of a agreed is not
acceptable, we expect clientele to respect the fact that on agreeing
to undertake a particular action for a particular price is a contractual
obliges and the client is expected to uphold their agreement.
An attempt to change the agreement when the actions are being
undertaken or at the end of the transaction is unacceptable.
Payment is expected in full before the goods are unloaded. There
are no exceptions.

Cash.
payPal.
direct bank to transfer (BABs)
postal orders
and bank checks (but only by prior agreement).
3. Cancellation:
If a customer wants to cancell a pickup and delivery totally,
then a refund minus expenses can be accommodated under certain
circumstances.
A refund cannot be expected in the situation where less than 24
hours warning is given in notice to cancel a prearranged pickup
and delivery totally. This would not be an acceptable situation,
As it is to late too arrange other business with such short notice
and this would result in the motorbike movers losing earnings
due to the late actions of the client, therefore the full deposit
will be retained in such a circumstances against loss of earnings.
4. Failure to pay:
Patrons refusing to pay on delivery of goods or are attempting
to negotiate different pricing on arrival for delivery of goods
shall be reported to the police, has been in breach of contract.
The goods will not be unloaded, and will be taken to a storage
area. The police authorities would be allowed access to view the
goods at any convenient time on request. the goods location will
not be passed to the patron refusing to pay but a legal representative
acting for the patron refusing to pay could be granted access
as long as a confidentiality agreement is signed by the legal
representative for the nonepayer stating that the location would
not be revealed to the nonplayer by the legal representative representing
the nonplayer.
Charge for storage are added in such cases.
The goods in such cases will not be released until the full payment
and any excess payments was totally concluded before any goods
are released.
in such circumstances charges will be added for the repeat delivery
and storage charges. and until the total bill is settled no goods
will be released.
Legal action will be pursued to recover costs if payment is not
forthcoming within some reasonable period of time. this could
also include application to seize and sell the goods to redeem
outstanding costs.
